You are invited to an Open House, featuring an introduction to Gyrokinesis, a new generation of exercise.
Beginning on stools, this class is designed to open the entire body through three dimensional movement and patterned breathwork. This methodology enhances flexibility, strength, coordination and regeneration.
This innovative class combines yoga, tai chi, qi gong, martial arts and energy work to promote a well balanced, healthy body from within. Learn more about Gyrokinesis here.
